Founders Day was not that bad, It was definitely better than I thought it would be. The story was a lot more defined and not quite as easy to figure out as I had assumed. Shame on me, I’m happy to report that they did a pretty good job with this horror flick.

There are a lot of unique kill scenes. That was refreshing in a morbid type of way and again, I really liked what they did with the ending. I had it figured wrong and that made me appreciate their work even more.

I didn’t recognize any of the actors except William Russ. (He was the Dad in Boy Meets World) It drove me crazy in the theater trying to remember where I’d seen him before. Also, the Commissioner reminded me of someone, she played one of the guards in Orange Is the New Black. Those were the biggest names in the movie, they were both awesome in their roles.

Overall, this was a solid movie. Hope you enjoy it like I did.

This app is the best wingman for a movie goer, especially when you have to go. It even has a vibrating timer that is spot on for those ‘go times’ some of us need! There are many other features that are wonderful. It even lets you know when the kill scenes are coming up for the people and animals for those who may have sensitivities to that type of content. The staff go above and beyond!

The movie goes off the rails rather quickly and never recovers. It tries to be too much and leads to head scratching moments. At least the satire was good, if it was actually intended. The big reveal at the end required too many people to actually make it work. Snooze fest.
