I went into Whalefall expecting to be hooked, and I was reeled in. Hook, line, and sinker. This one is intense, and not only for Jay, but for the sperm whale too.
Jay dives into the ocean to find his father Mitt’s body, and that’s about all I’ll say. What I can tell you is that this movie dives deep. The graphics are a whale of a good time. The effects made me feel like I was right in there with him. I could almost smell the krill.

I’m an animal lover, whether they live on land, in water, or in the sea, so I’ll be honest: it was hard to watch. Seeing how brutal the ocean can be had me wondering why I’ve ever swum in it. It’s a sea of emotion, and I’m not shore I was ready for it.
I’m not trying to blubber on, but it’s a whale of a tale you won’t forget. Bring tissues, and maybe skip the seafood dinner afterward.

about the RunPee app.
Must have app if you love the movies
If you’re like me and enjoy a 92oz soda as part of the movie experience, you’ll be thankful for this app telling you the best times to go for a quick break. Whether that’s to refill your soda or recycle it.
Possibly an even better feature is the info on if the movie has after credits scenes. There’s nothing worse than sitting there reading about who the key grip was, then finding out that’s all you did. I blame Marvel for the stupid trend.
Seriously, I see a dozen movies a month and use this app every single time. Worth every Penny of the infinity coin thing I bought.

Plot
Following the death of his father, Jay Gardiner goes diving off the central Coast of California in search of his remains, but is swallowed by a massive sperm whale. While trapped inside its belly with only one hour of oxygen left, Jay comes to realize that the hard-earned lessons his father imparted may be the key to his escape.
RunPee.com owes RunPee Sis a huge debt of gratitude. She sees any movie needed with no complaints and has done so for ten years (even basing Thanksgiving and Christmas family festivities around the seeing films). In 2015 Sis ran the entire RunPee enterprise herself, while RunPee Dan, Jilly and Mom went traipsing off to Europe. Sis is the spider in the web holding the RunPee family together — besides being a funny, well rounded person, and a joyous pleasure to be around. Her favorite films start and end with horror (which thank goodness she’s happy to see, since most of us don’t have the stomach for it) — but also likes silly comedies, sad dramas, and musicals of all types. If you’ve used a Peetime for a scary film, you probably have RunPee Sis to thank for it.
Favorite movie genre: Horror, horror, and more horror. The more disturbing, the better. Period.
