This film will certainly be enjoyed by die hard sci-fi lovers for its beautiful visuals — it’s particularly wonderful if you see it in IMAX.
The dystopian story of an Earth post-alien invasion starts off a little slow, but is intriguing. There’s a genius scene in a swimming pool.
Half-way through the movie though, the story gets pretty muddled and I found it hard to follow, especially in the plot line involving the clones.

However, the actors all gave brilliant performances. There wasn’t a weak link in the casting.
If sci-fi is your thing, you’ll like it a lot. It wasn’t as good as last year’s Prometheus, but definitely a good sci-fi flick to start off the summer movies.
Grade: B-
About The Peetimes: I would recommend either the 1st or 2nd peetime, based on what type of content you would prefer to miss. The 1st peetime contains plot development.; the 2nd peetime is all action. The 3rd peetime is slightly more important, so use it only in emergency.
There are no extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of Oblivion. (What we mean by Anything Extra)
