The Conjuring was by far the best scary movie I have seen since I was a little girl. At one point I was wishing for my blanket to cover my head and hide my eyes with. I do not have one bad thing to say abut this movie. It was great.
The entire cast gave top-notch performances. Special notice goes to Vera Farmiga and Lili Taylor. These two woman were superb. They had great chemistry together and brought the movie to life.
I have to mention that as I sat waiting to see if there was anything after the credits I overheard a conversation between an older couple. The wife was actually crying because she had gotten so scared. She told her husband as she walked by me, “Don’t ever make me watch this again. I’m going to have bad dreams forever.”
