How Marvellous Is The Marvels? The latest entry in the big screen branch of the MCU landed last week and seems to have hit the ground with a bit of a dull thud. A lot of people were disappointed for a variety of reasons but some people (me!) loved it. Even here in RunPee Towers we have had a difference of opinion…I loved it, while Dan was less impressed. But, as a wise man once said, it’d be a bloody boring old world if we all liked the same thing. Let’s face it, Dan is a much more cerebral cinema goer than I. He notices things like the quality of the dialogue, the direction of the, well, direction, and character arcs and journeys. I sit there with a daft grin on my face and enjoying the pretty pictures. Remember, I loved Cats, Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny, and Terminator: Dark Fate. So, in the interest of balance, I present both of our reviews. In the blue corner, we have Dan’s Review And in the red corner, we have Rob’s Review |
