What a disappointment! The previews that I’ve been seeing had me really excited to see The Night House. It looked like it was going to deliver us something new and fresh. I think they tried but it fell so flat for me that I was tempted to leave. It was torture finishing it up.
I’m open to any comments on why I’m wrong. The movie was so confusing and it literally ended with me not knowing what actually happened. I don’t want to give any spoilers out, but in my opinion, they had too many plot holes, absolutely no lead-in, and the characters were strangers to me. They did absolutely no development with them. The whole time I’m sitting there I’m wondering, “What’s going on?”

I honestly can’t think of anything nice to say. I hope someone can enlighten me, explain what happened and how. That’s all, folks.

There are no extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of The Night House. (What we mean by Anything Extra.)
