*Let There Be Light* was a gut wrenching movie to watch. The emotions oozed off the screen. I’m not a religious person, but I was moved to tears many times. I paid attention to the other people in the theater and saw that they were all on the same emotional roller coaster I was on.
When the movie ended, the entire theater stood up and applauded. The movie is touching, heartfelt and real. It sparked a lot of questions about my beliefs. Perhaps, I could call this movie an eye opener. I’m thinking a lot of people in the world would do well with seeing this movie. It’s about humanity. It touches upon the darkness that the world is seeing right now. There is so much turmoil and hate in life lately that I really have lost hope for the world. Maybe this movie just changed my mind. Can people be saved?
That being said, I want to warn anyone experiencing a dark time in their life that this movie is in your face with sadness. If you are already emotional, it may be hard to watch the grief and sadness on the screen. I’m normally a happy person, but I walked out crying and sad.

It’s a great movie — just really hard to watch. The sadness stayed with me all day, so just make sure you are in the right mindset before deciding to see this.
I do recommend this movie. There’s a wonderful message to it even through the sadness.

Movie Watching Must Have!!
I go feral for this app. I love it so much and I wish everyone knew about it and used it. It is incredibly useful and I would be devastated if this app ever disappeared. Things I love: 1) the pee times! It’s so handy to know the best time to go and then read the synopsis of what’s happening while I’m gone. I never have to worry about missing the good bits! 2) knowing if there is a post-credits scene or not. This might be my fav feature because I would have missed out on some pretty critical scenes if it weren’t for RunPee. 3) the movie review and viewer rankings. This info has made me watch some movies that I normally wouldn’t and it’s nice seeing things outside of my usual scope. 4) that it’s a small family run business. I love shopping small and it really does feel like I’m part of the RunPee family! If you reach out to them, Dan will personally respond to you and he is so warm and helpful. RunPee.com owes RunPee Sis a huge debt of gratitude. She sees any movie needed with no complaints and has done so for ten years (even basing Thanksgiving and Christmas family festivities around the seeing films). In 2015 Sis ran the entire RunPee enterprise herself, while RunPee Dan, Jilly and Mom went traipsing off to Europe. Sis is the spider in the web holding the RunPee family together — besides being a funny, well rounded person, and a joyous pleasure to be around. Her favorite films start and end with horror (which thank goodness she’s happy to see, since most of us don’t have the stomach for it) — but also likes silly comedies, sad dramas, and musicals of all types. If you’ve used a Peetime for a scary film, you probably have RunPee Sis to thank for it.
Favorite movie genre: Horror, horror, and more horror. The more disturbing, the better. Period.
