It Can’t Actually Be 45 Years! My local cinema is running a series called Rewind which is giving older films another screening. Many of them I never managed to see on the big screen and I like to see as many as I can. When Superman: The Movie got a 45th anniversary showing it brought back memories of when I saw it way back in 1978. Now, that was only twenty years ago…wasn’t it? |

Movie Review – Renfield
Surprise surprise. A comedy that was funny. It doesn’t feel like that happens very often these days. At least not as often as I would like. There were many LOLs in this movie and I absolutely cackled once. Grade: B- |

Movie Review – Mafia Mamma
I had so much fun watching Mafia Mamma. This movie was outrageously funny. Toni Collette gave her best performance ever. I wanted to be her! Grade: A |

Movie Review – The Pope’s Exorcist
The Pope’s Exorcist surprised the hell out of me, which in fact is exactly where Father Amorth (Russell Crowe) was trying to avoid going. The question is did he conquer the demon or lose his soul to the Devil? Grade: A |
