Gone Girl – movie review

This isn’t exactly my favorite genre. Still, I loved 98% of this movie but I don’t want to say which 2% of the movie I didn’t like because that might spoil some things for you and I’d hate myself for that because this is a really good movie — except for the part that isn’t.

The combination of the story and pacing are captivating. It was easy to get caught up in the characters instead of the mystery. They did a masterful job of story telling.

The acting was outstanding. Ben Affleck was great and Rosamund Pike (wife) and Neil Patrick Harris out outstandingly great. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rosamund Pike is nominated for an Oscar for best actress for her role here.
