It’s beginning to look a lot like… Star Wars season. Star Wars goes together with Christmas like Jawas and stolen droids. Not only is The Rise of Skywalker — the final episode in the latest Star Wars trilogy — releasing on December 20th, but I’d hazard to guess that Star Wars themed presents will be piled high under many Christmas trees this season.
And ask any Star Wars fan, young or old (or both in many instances), what they most want this Christmas and they’ll say, “All I need for Christmas is a great Rise of Skywalker movie.” Either that or they’ll ask for the Lego Millennium Falcon for only $179 at Amazon. (You better hope for the former.)
Here’s an infographic of every Star Wars movie and how they are rated by fans at IMDb.com and RottenTomatoes.com.

This is a great app. I wish more people would support it
This app provides info about movies, reviews, ratings from people who have seen it before and after viewing. It has links to info about the movies. It let's you know when there will be a lull in the action and how long it will last. If you want to know what happens during that time, you can check the brief synopsis (you have to click a link, so no accidental spoilers). It has a timer you can set (silent) to alert you to a break. It also tells you whether there is anything extra during or after the credits. It's really a wonderful app. I've subscribed for a couple of years to support the developers, but I noticed some of the links to provide feedback didn't seem to work today. They also made it free, with voluntary donations to see the pee-times. If you haven't tried it, I encourage you to do so, and subscribe if you like it. I really hope the app is supported so it can continue to be maintained!
Developers note: RunPee doesn't make much money but it supports itself nicely. Donations are appreciated, but not required. We'll add as many movies to the database as we can until there are no more movie theaters.

Creator and developer of the RunPee app. When something doesn’t work right in the app it’s pretty much his fault. 🙂
Aspiring author. Would like to finish his “Zombie Revelations” trilogy if he could break away for working on RunPee and the cottage he’s building for RunPee Mom.

I adored/loved The Force Awakens. I REALLY liked Solo. It was super charming. I’m positive the reason Solo had a poor showing was disappointment from The Last Jedi. People all over the web were Iike , “I’m voting with my wallet” and didn’t give Solo a chance.
What didn’t work for me was Revenge of the Sith. Too much plot. No good character work. Only the last half hour felt like SW. I have no idea why ppl rate it so highly.
As for Rogue One, it was a very good movie, but very little fun. It’s not a happy story, granted, but it’s again, mostly plot, and little characterization. The best bits were KSO’s quips, and some lovely imagery. It’s definitely the most adult of the film’s, so I think people who grew up with SW appreciated not having anything dumb in it.
Anyway, you saw how I ranked them. I’m pretty sure Rise of Skywalker will be the new 4th best in rewatchability. IMO. I’ll write a review and work out some of my thoughts.
I also wanted to say good work on this. You put a lot of effort into it and it’s super cool.
I already had the data in a Google Sheet. Just putting the graphics together took about 5 hours. But, this was my first time creating an infographic and I had to learn a new website/application. In the future I’m just going to use Photoshop. It will save a lot of time since I already know how to use it.
No Bothans were harmed in the making of these movies. Cute!
