The Broken Hearts Gallery deserves an A+ for sure. This was a movie that changed the minds of two very stubborn people. When I read up on the movie, I thought to myself that this one was gonna be boring. I labeled it as work-only, not for enjoyment.
My husband is a truck driver and I don’t get to spend much time with him. As luck would have it, he was home last night, so he came with me to the theater. He wasn’t looking forward to this, so I offered for him to go see Tenet instead. His reply was, “No dear, I just want to spend time with you; the movie doesn’t matter to me, just you.” So insert an “awwwww” here. That comment made me warm and fuzzy. So we get our popcorn and drink then get comfy in our seats. He asks me, “How long is this chick flick going to be?” He had just under two hours to endure the pain.
Cut to the moment when the movie ends and he looked at me and said, “You better give this movie an A, it was A-mazing!”

It was quirky, the story was a fresh idea and had an absolutely fantastic supporting cast. I wasn’t really familiar with any of them, but each and every actor in this movie was a delight to watch. They all brought their characters to life in such a way that you wanted them to be your friends.
There was a ton of laughter while having a serious undertone to it. They pulled that off flawlessly. This movie was so well written and directed — and so well brought to life that there is even a character that has zero lines to begin with and he’s funny as all get out. Seriously, this guy didn’t have to say anything to get us to laugh. In the car on the way home I glance over to my husband and he was imitating the guy, and I bust out laughing.
If you’re in the mood to relax, laugh, and enjoy a romantic comedy, The Broken Hearts Gallery will deliver. You’ll feel good walking out of the theater. Not because it’s over, but because it will recharge your laugh battery and make you smile again.
Grade: A+
About The Peetimes: I recommend using the 2nd Peetime due to the 1st Peetime coming into play later on. The way I phrased the Peetime will help you understand what happens, but it will lose some of the punch that the later scene brings.
There are extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of The Broken Hearts Gallery. (What we mean by Anything Extra.)

Brilliant idea with great information
I’ve been using RunPee for a few years now and it’s basically a requirement of going to the movies for me. The best part of course are the “pee times” that give you cues, synopses and times for when you can pee without missing the most important parts of the movie. There is also information about the credits- length, extras and if there are any extra scenes at the wayyy end. Super helpful to just know that it is or isn’t worth staying. There is a timer function that will buzz your phone when it’s a good time to pee. I also appreciate that the app is very conscientious about it being an app you use in a theater- dark background, all silent alarms etc. I will always enjoy the experience of the theater even if I could watch things at home- but I’ve even used it at home to check for things like after credit scenes or other information too.
