NEW in theaters: Black Widow We had to wait through 3 phases of the MCU, plus an extra year for Covid to FINALLY get the Black Widow movie we've been wanting to see. They didn't disappoint. Grade: A-
Indie Movie Review - Lillith Boy dumps girl. Girl casts spell. Spell summons demon. Demon eats boy. So, it’s a love story then? Grade: B
Indie Movie Review - Blackstock Boneyard Racism, zombies, courtroom scenes, and lynchings...this could have been a decent movie, except that it's not. Grade: D-
Children's Book Review - Harry Cat’s Pet Puppy (A Cricket in Times Square novel) Some cute moments between the animals and a good message keep this third book in the Cricket series good, but it's less enchanting somehow. Maybe it's the lack of Chester Cricket. Still worth tracking down if you're a fan of Harry Cat and Tucker Mouse, with a solid goodly B grade. Grade: B
