Movie Review – Trolls World Tour (A new movie actually *worth* watching) What the heck was this and why did I enjoy it so much? The colors and songs will make the kids ecstatic, but adults will notice there's something subversive going on. It's at the drive-in theaters right now, so go support those small businesses and have a ton of fun with this cracked out bit of outrageous satire. Read more.
The 6 Most Epic Lightsaber Fights in Star Wars (plus 3 that didn’t make the cut) As The Summer of No Movies continues, you're stuck at home with endless rewatch binges of all the great franchises. It's time to pick some of them apart. Here are my subjective best lightsaber duels that feature actual people (no CGI fights...sorry Yoda). Do you agree with my rankings? Read more.
Movie Review – Irresistible Steve Carell, Rose Byrne, Chris Cooper, and Mackenzie Davis having words put into their mouths by Jon Stewart… It should have been amazing. But in fact it was only adequate. Read more.
Weekly progress diary on RunPee:NX We are rebuilding the RunPee app from scratch using Google Flutter. Here's a brief report on our weekly progress: I'm currently working on the movie search feature. We'll have the basics: type in a partial string to find the movie you're interested in, or search by release date, etc. But we'll also have options to view movies by genre. That might come in handy if you want to view all of the MCU movies, or only horror movies, etc. Additionally, I plan on having an option to view only the movies that you have viewed and let you sort them my your movie rating, and such. Are there any other search features you would like to have in the app? If so just add your comment below.
