The Lords of Salem, written and directed by Rob Zombie, definitely made it to my top 5 list along with Devils Rejects. However, this movie, with Zombie’s morbidly delicious way of thinking, is not going to be for the general public. It was visually assaulting.
Rob Zombie imagined the witches as Manson-esque hippies, and very rightfully so. Everything you saw in the past and present was so creative, even down to the way the walls looked, all with using no digital effects whatsoever. It was reminiscent of walking through a labyrinth.
Heidi, played by Sheri Moon Zombie, showed us one of her best roles yet. She plays a radio DJ and receives a record titled “Gift From the Lords.” When the record plays, it triggers violent flashbacks of her town’s past. All in all, I was much impressed with Zombie’s latest masterpiece and I can’t wait for his next one. Prepare yourselves. It’s gonna be a fun ride.

About The Peetimes: Your safest bet in my opinion is to use the last peetime. It is at almost an hour in, but what happens during that time isn’t really important to the plot.
There are extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of The Lords of Salem. (What we mean by Anything Extra)

Must have app if you love the movies
If you’re like me and enjoy a 92oz soda as part of the movie experience, you’ll be thankful for this app telling you the best times to go for a quick break. Whether that’s to refill your soda or recycle it.
Possibly an even better feature is the info on if the movie has after credits scenes. There’s nothing worse than sitting there reading about who the key grip was, then finding out that’s all you did. I blame Marvel for the stupid trend.
Seriously, I see a dozen movies a month and use this app every single time. Worth every Penny of the infinity coin thing I bought.
Developers note: the RunPee app is now, and always will be, 100% free. Donations are optional.
