1. Filmwise

If you love RunPee, you appreciate the finer details in movies and don’t want to miss out on any of the most essential information. If you know all there is to know about the best films of the past few years, what better way to prove it than with a movie-themed trivia quiz?

There’s no shortage of trivia websites out there – even IMDB has dedicated trivia sections for virtually every major release. However, Filmwise makes the grade for inclusion here thanks to a vast selection of quizzes, spanning individual movies, categories, and themes. Of course, they’re free to play too, and it’s even possible to win prizes on some of their featured quizzes.

Of course, some of the best bits of movies happen at the end of the credits – which is why we have an entire category of posts dedicated to whether you should stick around or not! So take a look around those posts as some of the best trivia questions happen when people have already left early.

2. A VPN

There’s basically no good reason not to use a VPN nowadays, especially when you can get a free trial of the most popular services to see how they perform for you. Of course, privacy and security are the core benefits, but when you love movies, it’s all about traveling the world of cinema to experience the best productions around.

It’s vital not to confuse changing your location with a VPN with piracy. That’s illegal, and we’re fully against it. Some streaming providers have clauses in their terms and conditions to discourage the use of VPNs, but there’s nothing wrong with it from a legal perspective. Simply fire it up, change your location, and you can explore Netflix, Prime Video, and everything else from anywhere in the world.

3.  uNoGS

Once you’ve fired up your VPN, it’s time to find something to watch. You could spend days browsing the massive catalogs available in other countries, or you might want to filter down to what interests you most. uNoGS makes that happen for Netflix, and you can search or browse what’s available on the platform in any country imaginable.

Single best investment

By and far best investment Ive made. I used to drive my husband nuts because Id be a fidgeting mess the last half hour of the movie trying not to miss important parts. Now I just turn this app on and *bam* I can actually focus on the movie the whole time. Even puts alerts to my watch so even better. Also I can guarentee all the 5 star star star star star reviews arent fake as one person accused – its just that so many of us movie-goers had the same problem and this fixed it. Yes, it is paid but jeeze its expensive to keep watching movies and updating an app for every movie. And if you read more about the creator he mentions he has several people contributing – so yeah its paid but omg worth every cent. 10/10

Developers note: the RunPee app is now, and always will be, 100% free. Donations are optional.

Naturally, once you’ve found something that takes your fancy, simply fire up your VPN, set your country to anywhere that the movie in question is available, and start watching through your regular account.

4. RogerEbert.com

Not many people make such a mark on their field that a website bearing their name lives on after their passing, but that’s the case at RogerEbert.com. Arguably the world’s greatest ever movie critic passed away in 2013, but his website remains one of the most active and informative review sites in existence.

You might have time to give movies a try no matter what the critics think, but if you’re the kind of viewer that prefers to watch something that’s all but guaranteed to impress, these reviews are highly regarded.

It’s great for those in the industry too. The most successful film producers watch plenty of movies, and it’s worth knowing what to expect if you want to learn something. In addition, reviewers on this site like to point out more than just the quality of the story and the acting, so if there are particular techniques you’d like to see in action or you appreciate outstanding cinematography, this is a fantastic resource.

Wrapping Up

No matter what you love about the movies, the internet has done plenty to make them more enjoyable than ever before. You can unlock the greatest movies ever made using these resources, often as part of your existing subscriptions. If you want to know more about the films in question or test your knowledge on what you already know, these four suggestions are sure to have you covered!
