	In The Earth starring: Joel Fry, Reece Shearsmith, Hayley Squires genres: Horror rating: R plot: As the world searches for a cure to a disastrous virus, a scientist and park scout venture deep in the forest for a routine equipment run. Peetimes: Friday by noon.

	NEW Movie Review – Voyagers (2021) While watching I couldn’t stop comparing it to Lord of the Flies. The difference: this one is in space. Strong performances, immersive sci-fi; not too bad for a spring sci fi flick. Worth getting out to the theaters for big screen viewing. Grade: B-
	NEW Movie Review – Boss Level (2021) …in the grand tradition of Groundhog Day time loop films While Boss Level is currently only available via Hulu+, it’s worth tracking down like a rabid dog. It pays homage to the source tradition, adding explosions, swords, and high humor, and will send you off on a high! If you enjoyed Edge of Tomorrow, don’t miss this one. 	Marvel Cinematic Universe will release four movies in last five months of 2021 Nothing says “normal” more than watching an MCU movie in a theater.
	Star Trek Movies and the Bechdel Test — How do they stand up after all this time? This article is not a stance for feminist debate so much as an observation. Let’s dive into how the classic Star Trek movies stack up, Bechdel-wise. Do any named female characters talk to each other about something other than a man in the entire Trek oeuvre?
	Flesh is Heir To — A Take Two Review: does this movie actually suck? After thoughtful reconsideration, and even after discussion with the studio in question, here’s why we still still think this is a terrible, terrible movie. One of the worst we’ve ever reviewed. It’s too bad, as women and sexuality is an important hot button topic. This film garnered awards. Did we miss something? Movie Grade: D-
	Indie Movie Review – 86 Melrose Avenue A former Marine suffering from PTSD gets into an argument at home and ends up taking a gallery full of hostages. 86 Melrose Avenue took me by surprise… but in a good way. Movie Grade: B
