Smurfs 2 was super cute. I think it was better than the first one by a long shot. This one kept me entertained the whole time. Don’t tell my boss, but I fell asleep during the first one. The thing that made this one better is all the lines that will totally go over kids heads but are really funny to my adult ears.
Hank Azaria as Gargamel is just too funny. I can’t recall seeing him in anything I didn’t like except the first Smurfs, and he really redeemed himself this time. The last one wasn’t really his fault – it was the writers that made it boring.

I am now really looking forward to the next one. If they follow tradition and get better each time, the third installment should be hilarious.
Grade: B
About The Peetimes: Both peetimes work equally well.

I’ve loved this app for years and use it at the theater and home. Super easy to use and so helpful to know when it’s a good time to run for the restroom. I notify my kids when it’s close to time, so I don’t end up running them to the restroom multiple times. (Updated review from 4 to 5 . I’d had an issue with the app while at the theater and it was quickly resolved with FANTASTIC customer service. Thanks, RunPee!)
