Elemental was structured perfectly. The story was very poignant, yet was still simple enough for the younger children to understand the message. They tackled some difficult issues and brought them to a level that the whole audience could appreciate.

I’d say this is the perfect family movie. I was lucky enough to see it with my mother and my granddaughter. I can honestly say that it will appeal to anyone from eighty years old right down to a toddler. The look of the movie was so pleasing to the eye that sometimes I found myself just staring at the pretty stuff. I loved the songs they did and the characters were heartwarming, to say the least.

This movie would be a great way to spend a family day together. I highly recommend it.

Grade: A+

About The Peetimes: Note: Before Elemental begins an 8-minute cartoon titled, “Carl’s Date,” is shown. Do not start your timer until the cartoon ends and you see the Disney introduction screen flash, “Disney 100.” I recommend the 2nd Peetime, it gives you a little more time to work with.

There are no extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of Elemental.

Elemental was an absolute delight to watch! The storytelling was masterfully done, balancing poignancy with simplicity, making it accessible for viewers of all ages, including young children. It’s commendable how the film tackled challenging themes and presented them in a way that resonated with the entire audience. As a family movie, it truly excelled, as I had the pleasure of watching it with my mother and granddaughter, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
