I really wanted to like this movie. I was excited to see it, but it let me down.
I’m gonna start off with, who was in charge of casting? Katie Holmes and Owain Yeoman had zero chemistry. I didn’t buy they were a married couple in love with each other. Nope. That bothered me throughout the film.
Christopher Convery was good, though. He was the best part of the movie. He played Jude and sold me. I would be leery of that little boy. He was perfectly creepy.

The settings were amazing. Both houses were awesome and that was my favorite part of the whole thing.
Another negative: this movie is so predictable that there was absolutely no suspense. You already know whats going to happen at every moment.
This could be a decent Netflix night movie, but definitely not theater-worthy.
Grade: D+
About The Peetimes: This is such a short movie, only 80 minutes excluding the credits, that you may not need even one Peetime. I stuck one in here for you that will work perfectly, just in case.
There are no extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of Brahms: The Boy II. (What we mean by Anything Extra.)
Rated (PG-13) for violence, terror, brief strong language and thematic elements
Genres: Horror, Mystery, Thriller

I’ve loved this app for years and use it at the theater and home. Super easy to use and so helpful to know when it’s a good time to run for the restroom. I notify my kids when it’s close to time, so I don’t end up running them to the restroom multiple times. (Updated review from 4 to 5 . I’d had an issue with the app while at the theater and it was quickly resolved with FANTASTIC customer service. Thanks, RunPee!)
