Yes, there are extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of The Turning.

On opening night there was nothing at all during, or after, the end credits. However, some theaters have shown a extras as the credits roll all the way to the end where there’s an additional scene.
Bottom line, if you don’t see a bloody hand trailing along a wall within the first 30 seconds of the credits then you can leave. If you do see the bloody hand then stick around for the extra at the end.
