I have been waiting on pins and needles for this movie. I am undeniably Paul Walker’s biggest fan. (Based on an extensive poll I conducted during lunch today with my daughter.) I had absolutely no idea how they were going to proceed with his last film. They didn’t disappoint me. It was tastefully done; they didn’t go cheesy.
Throughout the entire film, I was worried that the movie was going to take a turn that was going to devastate me. I won’t lie and say that I didn’t cry. I did. It was touching. At the end of the movie the screen flashed, “For Paul.” The theater erupted into a furious (lol) applause. I felt a wonderful sense of pride for a truly talented actor. Paul will be forever missed.

So, I have to do a special shout out to Tyrese Gibson; that dude is hysterical! He has such a presence that you can’t help but cackle at what and how he says things. He brought another special layer to this movie. I was appreciative of the fact that there was a bunch of humor thrown in. It helped pull the movie together.
I can’t decide who gets the bad ass award. Jason Statham, The Rock, Vin Diesel or Michelle Rodriguez? They all kicked some serious arse. All the fight scenes were incredible. No complaints in that department.
Then, the cars. Oh man, the cars. They are racing down the sides of mountains, parachuting out of planes and crashing through skyscrapers in Abu Dhabi. Enough said: that stuff was off the charts.
If there were a grade better than an A+, this movie would get it! Thank you movie makers. You made this fan super happy.
Grade: A+

RunPee.com owes RunPee Sis a huge debt of gratitude. She sees any movie needed with no complaints and has done so for ten years (even basing Thanksgiving and Christmas family festivities around the seeing films). In 2015 Sis ran the entire RunPee enterprise herself, while RunPee Dan, Jilly and Mom went traipsing off to Europe. Sis is the spider in the web holding the RunPee family together — besides being a funny, well rounded person, and a joyous pleasure to be around. Her favorite films start and end with horror (which thank goodness she’s happy to see, since most of us don’t have the stomach for it) — but also likes silly comedies, sad dramas, and musicals of all types. If you’ve used a Peetime for a scary film, you probably have RunPee Sis to thank for it.
Favorite movie genre: Horror, horror, and more horror. The more disturbing, the better. Period.
