Vera and I are currently working on an update to the RunPee app that will give you the option to subscribe for $1/month to get unlimited access to movies and Peetimes. This update should be live in the app stores by the end of October 2021—hopefully, sooner.
Currently, users have the following options to view Peetimes:
- earn Peecoins by viewing advertisements in the app (free)
- purchase Peecoins for 10/$1
- purchase the Infinity Peecoin for $48
With this update, the ability to purchase Peecoin Packages will be removed. This means the only way to view movies/Peetimes will either be to:
- earn Peecoins by viewing advertisements (still free)
- subscribe for $1/month
- purchase the Infinity Peecoin.
Why are we doing this?
To make more money, DUH! 🙂 Well, maybe. Who knows. We understand that the $20 Infinity Peecoin is a big pill to swallow, even if you do love the RunPee app’s usefulness. Therefore the option to get the same access but for only $1/month might appeal to some people. Of course, after 20 months of subscribing it will cost the user more, and we’ll make more, that’s why we’re keeping the option to purchase the Infinity Peecoin.
Many Infinity Peecoin users ask me how they can give me more money, because they get so much value out of the app. Well, this would be a way. We’ll allow for users who have purchased the Infinity Peecoin to also voluntarily subscribe. It really does warm our hearts that so many people have this deep of a connection to the RunPee app and the work we do. Thanks for your support.
Don’t miss your favorite movie moments because you have to pee or need a snack. Use the RunPee app (Androidor iPhone) when you go to the movies. We have Peetimes for all wide release films every week, including Matrix: Resurrections, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and coming soon Morbius. We have literally thousands of Peetimes—from classic movies through today's blockbusters. You can also keep up with movie news and reviews on our blog, or by following us on Twitter @RunPee. If there's a new film out there, we've got your bladder covered.
Creator and developer of the RunPee app. When something doesn’t work right in the app it’s pretty much his fault. 🙂
Aspiring author. Would like to finish his “Zombie Revelations” trilogy if he could break away for working on RunPee and the cottage he’s building for RunPee Mom.
