Oh boy, “One of Them Days” had me laughing so hard, I nearly bought a new diaphragm! Keke Palmer as Dreux? Absolute genius – the way she delivers those punchlines and her body language? Pure comedy gold. Seriously, it’s like she has a PhD in funny!
Now, let’s talk about her bestie, SZA (Alyssa). Bless her heart, but I could barely decipher her words–it’s like she was speaking a secret language known only to cats. And lazy? Calling her unreliable is an understatement. She’s basically a grown-up toddler who’s just learned how to walk, and guess who gets to clean up the mess? Yep, Dreux.

The supporting cast? A delightful smorgasbord of colorful characters! They brought enough extra humor to make the whole thing feel like a carnival–just without the cotton candy.
Sure, they waded through a mountain of ridiculous problems that seemed more complex than a Rubik’s Cube, but hey, it all works out in the end. Because who doesn’t love a good happy ending after a stress-fest, right?
Bottom line: if you’re looking for a movie that screams “girls’ night out,” this one’s your ticket to coffee spills and uncontrollable giggles!

Got this back when I was pregnant, but I’ll be keeping it forever, it’s just so handy. I don’t go to the movie theater that often (even back before quarantine when you actually could…) but I make sure the app and the movie list are all current and updated, cause it’s so handy! It’s great for running late cause you can read their summary, obviously awesome for bathroom or snack breaks mid movie, and I also love that it tells you if there’s anything after the credits which is very handy.
