Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was a great start to what I’m hoping will be at least a trilogy. I’m absolutely enamored with these movies. I miss Caesar but they’ve done a great job of bringing the new ape characters to life. You develop feelings for them very quickly.
There is a great deal of humor which I found even funnier coming from an ape. They nailed the facial expressions that accompanied the jokes and it was awesome. I giggled quite a few times.

They’ve set up this new world, built new tribes and have given us a really bad guy to hate. This production really started a great base to what could become major hits. I’m going to keep my fingers crossed that they continue with the great action and storyline. So far, so good.
Grade: B+
About The Peetimes: I’ve put in 3 Peetimes for you, they will all work well to get you thro ugh this long, action packed movie.
What people are saying
about the RunPee app.
This is a great app. I wish more people would support it
This app provides info about movies, reviews, ratings from people who have seen it before and after viewing. It has links to info about the movies. It let's you know when there will be a lull in the action and how long it will last. If you want to know what happens during that time, you can check the brief synopsis (you have to click a link, so no accidental spoilers). It has a timer you can set (silent) to alert you to a break. It also tells you whether there is anything extra during or after the credits. It's really a wonderful app. I've subscribed for a couple of years to support the developers, but I noticed some of the links to provide feedback didn't seem to work today. They also made it free, with voluntary donations to see the pee-times. If you haven't tried it, I encourage you to do so, and subscribe if you like it. I really hope the app is supported so it can continue to be maintained!
Developers note: RunPee doesn't make much money but it supports itself nicely. Donations are appreciated, but not required. We'll add as many movies to the database as we can until there are no more movie theaters.

Plot
Many years after the reign of Caesar, a young ape goes on a journey that will lead him to question everything he’s been taught about the past and make choices that will define a future for apes and humans alike.
RunPee.com owes RunPee Sis a huge debt of gratitude. She sees any movie needed with no complaints and has done so for ten years (even basing Thanksgiving and Christmas family festivities around the seeing films). In 2015 Sis ran the entire RunPee enterprise herself, while RunPee Dan, Jilly and Mom went traipsing off to Europe. Sis is the spider in the web holding the RunPee family together — besides being a funny, well rounded person, and a joyous pleasure to be around. Her favorite films start and end with horror (which thank goodness she’s happy to see, since most of us don’t have the stomach for it) — but also likes silly comedies, sad dramas, and musicals of all types. If you’ve used a Peetime for a scary film, you probably have RunPee Sis to thank for it.
Favorite movie genre: Horror, horror, and more horror. The more disturbing, the better. Period.

Looking forward to seeing this movie! Is the young ape Caesar’s son? I’m a little behind on the story. I might need to watch the previous movie to catch up.
Thanks for this “just in time” review. Watching here in South Korea and your review came out two hours before we saw the movie. Great timing! It was a fun, action-packed IMAX experience. Looks like Apes are indeed going to inherit the earth! Thanks for all your work in this great app.
