Though I never read the book, I can see why it is so loved. This movie perfectly describes the journeys — and the sacrifices — that women must undergo, especially in light of the times.
I was able to connect with the desires of the women, and their battle between what they desire and what is practical.
The movie did an amazing job of showing the emotions of the characters and the interpersonal relationships between them. Though no scene was overly dramatic, the message still resonated with me.

RunPee is one of my favourite apps. No more googling a film before you see it and risking spoilers, this app has everything you need to know, not just the best time to go to the toilet. Dan, the developer, also offers an amazing customer service experience. I recently switched phones, and Dan was very generous in sorting things out with me as I moved over to my current system. If you're an avid film watcher, this is the app for you!

About The Peetimes: The story follows the lives of all the main female characters. The present storyline gives context to the viewers through flashbacks, so it was difficult to find Peetimes that wouldn’t take away from the context.
There are no extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of Little Women. (What we mean by Anything Extra.)
Rated (PG) for thematic elements and brief smoking
Genres: Drama, Romance
Watching movies in theaters is an indescribable experience for me. This, doing laundry, and visiting the Container Store bring me true joy. When I’m not watching movies or getting Peetimes, I like keeping up with the latest technology, learning to code, and building things. Career wise, my passion lies with improving access and equity within the health, tech, and social sectors.

I am grateful I know this story. I have loved it for 50 years and seen many movie versions. I did not like the confusing flashback method of telling the story. The story jumped around in short scenes and the opportunity to develop a relationship with each character was impossible. The actors did the best they could to show their characters personalities. That’s 2 hours I can’t get back.
