As the trailer tells us, Emily has a large amount of debt and is still struggling to stay afloat. The opportunity to make some quick money by doing something illegal presents itself. Easy money leads to wanting to make more. Bigger payout, bigger risk. Can she handle it or will she get in over her head?
Let’s set some expectations. I didn’t have high expectations going in. I was pleasantly surprised by the movie. Even though I now know the outcome. I wouldn’t mind rewatching it again. See if I missed anything. That being said. This is no big heist movie, with elaborate plans within plans. It is very grounded in the criminal activity happening. Most of us can relate to her financial struggle and the temptation of a quick buck. I enjoyed the way this movie portrayed it. If you enjoy crime dramas, check it out.
