Amsterdam sure is causing a stir on the internet. I wanted to read some reviews from others before I cemented mine in. I think it’s evenly split down the middle. Some loved it and some hated it.
I can agree with all of them.

The parts that were good, like the acting, were great but the convoluted storyline was a real annoyance and was hard to get past. I was lost a number of times. Another thing that bothers me is: They didn’t properly use the big-name stars. The cast was full of legendary actors that only saw a few minutes on screen. I think they should have flushed out those roles better.
The three main stars, Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, and John David Washington were phenomenal. They helped fill the voids in a dragged-out, slow-paced movie. Having thought about it overnight I’ve decided to give it a C. It’s right down the middle between great and blah.

Brilliant idea with great information
I’ve been using RunPee for a few years now and it’s basically a requirement of going to the movies for me. The best part of course are the “pee times” that give you cues, synopses and times for when you can pee without missing the most important parts of the movie. There is also information about the credits- length, extras and if there are any extra scenes at the wayyy end. Super helpful to just know that it is or isn’t worth staying. There is a timer function that will buzz your phone when it’s a good time to pee. I also appreciate that the app is very conscientious about it being an app you use in a theater- dark background, all silent alarms etc. I will always enjoy the experience of the theater even if I could watch things at home- but I’ve even used it at home to check for things like after credit scenes or other information too.

About The Peetimes: We’ve got 3 Peetimes for you. I would definitely recommend the last one. It’s really long and was easy to summarize.
There are extra scenes during, or after, the end credits of Amsterdam.

RunPee.com owes RunPee Sis a huge debt of gratitude. She sees any movie needed with no complaints and has done so for ten years (even basing Thanksgiving and Christmas family festivities around the seeing films). In 2015 Sis ran the entire RunPee enterprise herself, while RunPee Dan, Jilly and Mom went traipsing off to Europe. Sis is the spider in the web holding the RunPee family together — besides being a funny, well rounded person, and a joyous pleasure to be around. Her favorite films start and end with horror (which thank goodness she’s happy to see, since most of us don’t have the stomach for it) — but also likes silly comedies, sad dramas, and musicals of all types. If you’ve used a Peetime for a scary film, you probably have RunPee Sis to thank for it.
Favorite movie genre: Horror, horror, and more horror. The more disturbing, the better. Period.
