Dustin Hoffman is outstanding as the likable old curmudgeon Harry Horowitz, who takes young Niki under his wing to teach him the fine art of piano tuning. He plays the role so well you forget he’s Dustin Hoffman. Truly a master of his craft.

Leo Woodall stars as Niki White, Harry’s introverted protégé, tuning pianos in spite of struggling with a disability that makes everyday sounds overwhelmingly loud and painful.
