I was proven wrong yet again; another movie I dreaded that I absolutely loved. It was totally captivating.

I must admit, I had never heard of Mother Cabrini until last night. What an amazing woman. She was single-handedly responsible for such greatness that she inspires women around the world. I suppose that’s why she was made a saint, not just for one good deed but for a lifetime devoted to good deeds.

The actress who played Cabrini was splendid. I could feel every emotion she portrayed. When I got home, I looked up the movie on IMDB and read that when filming was complete, she felt like she left a part of herself in the role. I can’t believe it. Great job!

I highly recommend this movie; it’s not only historical, but it’s everything a movie needs to be. I hope this wins some awards. It deserves it.

I have to admit, I hadn’t heard of her either until now. The fact that she single-handedly achieved so much and inspired so many women is incredible. Being sainted for a lifetime of good deeds is a true honor.
