We’ve all been there, enjoying a movie, when nature calls. It starts with a whisper, then becomes a shout. Before you know it, you’re not watching the movie so much as watching for a chance to make a mad dash to the restroom.
The RunPee app takes the guesswork out of this for you. We watch every wide release movie to find the best scenes you can use, if you need to run and pee.

Read MoreMany consider the RunPee app “the” essential movie app, because it does so much more than just give you the best moments to Run and Pee during a movie:
When the RunPee app starts, you are presented with the Movie List Screen — a list of the new releases currently in theaters.
We add all wide release films each week (about 160 movies a year) — almost always on opening night, and sometimes earlier.
Here’s a Peetime starting precisely at 47 minutes and 15 seconds into the movie when: Nathan asks, “How is Kong with Heights?”.
That scene is your Cue the Peetime has begun. (We do our very best to make sure these cues are non spoilery.)You have four minutes and 35 seconds to take care of business or refresh your drink, and along the hallway you can tap on the Peetime and read a detailed, but brief, Synopsis of what you missed.
That way you can return to your seat, ready to enjoy the rest of the movie — without feeling lost.
(Read more details about Peetimes.)
Actually, I know what could be better: if the RunPee app also informed you what, if anything, there is to see during the End Credits. And if those scenes are worth waiting for. Wouldn’t that be great? Wait: RunPee does this too! We call this bonus feature “Anything Extra.”
The RunPee app has a lot of additional benefits to help improve your movie-going experience, but before we get to that, you may have seen Peecoins in some of the pictures above…and you’re wondering: Great, just how much is this going to cost me? The answer is: nothing!
You can use the RunPee app for free if that’s what you would like. You have the option to view short advertisements in the app. (Three quick ad views = 1 Peecoin.) Most importantly: you choose when you see advertisements. We never unexpectedly put an advert in front of you.
Crucially, the ONLY thing you need Peecoins for are to view Peetimes for a movie and use the Timer. We offer everything else for free, no advertisements and no Peecoins needed.
If you don’t want to bother with ads, you can purchase Peecoins in bundles of 10 for $1 — up to 40 Peecoins at a time. One Peecoin = one movie, always. Either way, the choice is up to you.
(Read more about Peecoins and supporting the RunPee Family and app.)
