Good news: the app is back in the Android marketplace. Enjoy!
This is a good news bad news story.

First the bad news: The RunPee app for iPhone will be available soon – by early July at the latest. Ownership of the app is being transferred from RockLive back to myself – the original creator of the website.
The Good news: Get ready for LOTS of new features.
- Are you running late to the movie? No problem. We’ll give you a synopsis of the first 5 minutes.
- Not all peetimes are created equally. Some are better than others. Now we’ll have a description of the peetimes from the person who harvested them telling you which one they would recommend you use. But hey, if you gotta go you gotta go. Right?
- Do you ever get to the theater and wonder which movie to see? Would it help if you could quickly read Tweets about a specific movie to see what people might think about it? We’ll have you covered.
- The Timer part of the app is going to work much better than before. You’ll like the way I’ve designed it.
- You know what, this app will even help you pee. No joke. You’ll see.
Just hang tight. The app will be back and better than every before you know it.

I JUST switched to android and this is one of the FIRST apps I came to download. Love the site and cant wait to use in ‘on the go.’
Glad to see the app hasn’t been abandoned. I don’t think it has been updated in over a year.

Can you elaborate on these “business reasons” that apparently affect Android but not iOS, or are you prohibited by the shameless lawyers? Who is blocking our app? Google? The Studios? Who? Please let us know and I hope you get it out to us soon! Let us know if there is anything your loyal fans can do to help too.
@Nathan Thanks for having my back. I appreciate that. No it’s nothing as elaborate as lawyers or studios. It’s just that the Android app didn’t have many downloads and so the guys who developed the app for me didn’t think it would be a big deal to remove it while they worked to update it. They didn’t run it past me first and now it’s just easier to wait for the developers to finish with the update than to bring the old one back for a few weeks.
I shamelessly love this app. I had to do a factory reset for my phone and imagine my chagrin when I discovered I could not locate my beloved runpee app. Please let me know when its back up!
@John Well that’s the suck. What did you do to your phone that made your reset it? Were you doing something you shouldn’t be.

Got my Android phone and this was the very first ap I wanted.. I see 2-7 movies a month with my kids and have wanted this since I first heard about it on the Bengals pre season show on hbo last year. And its gone.

Oh no! I had the same situation as an earlier commenter, had to factory reset my Droid because it kept dropping the network. Went to reinstall your app, and made my way here when I couldn’t find it anymore. Please add me to your update list when it’s available again, I use it often. My husband refuses to talk during a movie – this is the only way I know what I missed. You are a genius for thinking of it.
