When using the built in Timer I’m not getting notifications before each Peetime.

First, go to the Timer screen (any movie) and press the “Help” button at the bottom. There you can test the vibration and notifications. If those work then your phone is doing something to block the notifications while the Timer is running. Nine times out of ten it’s just some problem with wires crossed between the RunPee app and the operating system on your phone. The only solution is to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

I don’t see any new movies in the Movie List.

On average we add three new movies a week. There’s never a case when there’s not at least one new movie coming out. If you’re not seeing any of the latest releases then make sure you have a good Internet connection and restart the app. The RunPee app automatically checks the RunPee server for new movies when the app starts.

If you still don’t see new movies then something is corrupted on your phone. The best fix is to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
